WHAT WE DO

Fitness 858 is owned and run by Simon and Amanda Boyd.
We are a local family who have been in the industry for over 10 years, with previous gyms in Bayswater, Maylands, Morley and now our new space back in Inglewood.
Our gym and classes are all run under the guidence of our amazing team of fully qualified trainers who are dedicated to keeping our clients motivated and focused, while helping them set and achieve new goals, all in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
With NO... LOCK-IN CONTRACTS, NO MEMBERSHIP FEES and many different payment options to accomodate everyone's situation, our classes are easily accessible to the whole community.
We specialise in group fitness classes of Boxing, Martial Arts and Functional Fitness and also offer Personal Training sessions.

All our classes can be scaled to suit every level of fitness and ability.

THE FACILITY

We have an expansive facility with three distinct areas, but most importantly plenty of space to move around and get your sweat on.

The main floor is the functional fitness area which provides modern equipment for free-weight and body weight exercises (pull up bars, kettle bells, Olympic lifting bars and weights, battle ropes etc). We have a dedicated boxing area,  with plenty of floor space and heaps of heavy bags to unleash on and also a Pro-shop to buy all the fitness kit you need. We also run BJJ classes for kids and adults as well as ladies boxing and self defence classes.

PRICING

$20 per class
$40 per week (Direct Debit, unlimited Boxing and Functional classes)
$35 per class - Reformer Pilates ($25 for 858 members)

858 FSC = Functional Strength Conditioning

These classes help provide you with the strength, mobility and endurance that you need as you move through your life. We use basic functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running and incorporate these patterns into a high intensity workout. Great for all fitness levels, beginners always welcome.

Boxing

Our Boxing classes teach you correct techniques and different combinations, using timed rounds and boxing drills, in a non-competitive environment. Each class is specially formulated to help you burn more body fat and increase your fitness and energy levels. No experience is necessary.

BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)

A great class to promote physical fitness, with the focus on learning techniques and skills to defend yourself using this grappling based martial art. With classes for all age groups, this will become a way of life, not just a sort.

Krav Maga

A class based on learning everything you need to know to defend yourself against all types of street situations, including defences against weapons and multiple opponents, all in a safe space.
